A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve a date. Balance is due no later than 30 days prior to event.
We suggest 6-12 months notice ~ If you are reserving short notice (less than 30 days) payment in full will be required.
Step 1) Please fill out the “Book Us” form. We will verify your reservation date immediately (Disregard if you have already done this) Keep in mind “Brides” are booking their Weddings for “Friday’s & Saturday’s” 6-12 months in advance, so don’t dilly-dally on this part.
Step 2) After our availability is confirmed please pay the required deposit below. Scroll down page & select plan. PayPal will securely process any type of Credit Card transaction for us. (Account not required).
Step 3) After your deposit is verified we will email to you a secure document from “Adobe Cloud eSign Services” usually in one business day. It will contain your payment time stamp and reservation information and needs electronically signed. (Easy to do).
